This may not be the prettiest dish, but if you’re an avocado addict like me, you’re going to fall in love with this easy, delicious, and healthy lunch item!
1 can solid white albacore tuna
1 small avocado
1/2 tbs dill relish
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
purple onion (as much or little as you like)
1. In a bowl, mash half of the avocado
2. Add your remaining ingredients and stir until well combined
3. Dish up with your remaining avocado half and enjoy!
Tip: For more greens, add on top a bed of lettuce. Boiled egg also pairs well for added protein!
